Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data ROFarmers collects, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

Account data

Email address, password hash, and basic billing metadata (country, currency).

Roblox account material you submit

Usernames, passwords (when provided) and .ROBLOSECURITY cookies. These are considered secret material and are treated as such throughout our stack.

Service usage

Solve counts, latency metrics, IP address of API calls, and webhook delivery logs. We use these to operate, debug and improve the Service.

2. How we protect cookies and credentials

• Every cookie is encrypted with a per-account data-key (AES-256-GCM).
• Data-keys are wrapped by a KMS root key in a separate trust boundary.
• Decryption happens only inside solver workers, in memory, and never to disk or logs.
• Plaintext credentials are never displayed in the dashboard after import.

3. How we use your data

• To operate the Service (monitoring sessions and solving captchas).
• To bill you accurately and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails (top-ups, security alerts, downtime notices).
• To improve solver performance through aggregated, anonymized metrics.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not use your accounts for anything other than captcha handling.
• We do not read messages, friends lists or in-game inventories.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of vetted vendors for hosting (Hetzner, OVH) and crypto network nodes (Litecoinspace, public BSC RPCs). Payments are processed on-chain — we never give your data to a third-party payment processor. A complete list is available on request.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Captcha solve logs are kept for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time from Settings → Privacy.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK or California, you have the right to access, rectify, export and delete your personal data. Submit a request at privacy@rofarmers.pro.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
