Refund Policy

Crypto top-ups are final

ROFarmers only accepts crypto payments (Litecoin and USDT on BSC). Because crypto transactions are irreversible by design, all top-ups are non-refundable once they are confirmed on-chain.

Your unspent balance never expires. If you don't use ROFarmers anymore, the dollars on your account simply stay there until you do.

Failed or stuck payments

If you sent funds to a deposit address shown to you in the dashboard and the payment did not credit your account, hit the Re-check on-chain button on that payment. If the transaction is confirmed on-chain, you will be credited immediately.

Service outages

If ROFarmers experiences a confirmed outage of more than 4 consecutive hours, affected users receive a top-up bonus equal to 20% of the dollars consumed during the outage window. Bonuses are applied automatically within 72 hours.
