Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ROFarmers ("ROFarmers", "we", "us", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service overview

ROFarmers is a captcha-handling middleware for Roblox automation. The Service watches accounts you supply, detects in-game captcha challenges, and resolves them so your own automation tooling can continue running. ROFarmers does not provide automation, scripting, exploits, or any gameplay logic.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country.

3. Account ownership

You may only submit Roblox accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. By submitting account credentials, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to use those credentials with the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not:

• Submit accounts you do not lawfully control.
• Use the Service to target other users, harass, or interfere with third parties.
• Resell raw access to the Service without a written agreement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or replicate the solver infrastructure.

5. Credits, billing and refunds

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are consumed on every successful captcha solve at the rates published on our pricing page. Failed solves are never charged. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that every captcha challenge will be solved successfully or within a given timeframe. Roblox captcha mechanics may change at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any action taken by Roblox Corporation against accounts you submit.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the Service, or putting other users at risk.

9. Independence

ROFarmers is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of its respective owner.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
